Programmatic Support Award (PSA)

ICAP will begin working in the Philippines in Regions VII and XI to support HIV support HIV care, treatment and laboratory programs, with a focus on HIV case-finding and prevention activities. We will work in public health facilities to optimize HIV treatment among PLHIV, specifically key populations, and retain clients on care (second 90). In addition, ICAP will support the expansion of viral load testing and increase the number of viral load test conducted by the government (third 90). We will also support above-site level activities, including strengthening national M&E systems; implementing an integrated biobehavioral survey; facilitating clinical training; implementing case-based surveillance; and developing national MAT guidelines.
