ICAP

The Wall Street Journal recently asked three epidemiologists, including ICAP’s Jessica Justman, MD, when it will be safe to travel again in light of rising rates of vaccination.

We can’t take our foot off the brake and get complacent; we still have a long way to go before most people are fully vaccinated. You still have to take all the same measures and protections we had to do before. But we are encouraged by early results from the rollout; the vaccines we have in the U.S. provide excellent protection against a severe case of Covid. To have that fear (of getting severely ill) taken off your shoulders is great, but we’re going to be wearing masks for some time.
