Fikia + focuses on providing comprehensive HIV/AIDS services for all populations in Tanzania, including children and adolescents, pregnant and breastfeeding women and their infants, key populations, and at-risk groups. The project aims to achieve HIV epidemic control in the country by deploying a combination of prevention and treatment interventions to ensure the United Nations’ 95-95-95 HIV/AIDS program targets are met. In addition, the FIKIA+ project provides rapid and flexible support to accelerate evidence-based HIV prevention and treatment program implementation in health facilities and communities and align health systems strengthening activities toward epidemic control.
