Adrian Clarke, MS

Planning & Development, Director

Adrian Clarke is ICAP’s Director for Planning and Development, where he supports new business and program development, partner cultivation and diversification of ICAP’s funding portfolio to help achieve the organization’s funding and growth goals. Mr. Clarke brings over 14 years of experience in global development and emergency response to ICAP. Prior to joining ICAP, he was the Director of Resource Acquisition and Management at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where he oversaw resource mobilization and development efforts for their Resettlement, Asylum and Integration Department. Previously, he supported IRC’s emergency response, recovery and development programs in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria, and Haiti, including new business development and management of the award lifecycle. Mr. Clarke has a M.S. from Northeastern University in Security and Resiliency Studies.
