Country Representative
Ainagul Isakova, MD
Dr. Ainagul Isakova is ICAP’s program coordinator and country representative for the Kyrgyz Republic. She is responsible for the overall oversight, operational planning, and implementation of all in-country activities supported by ICAP’s PEPFAR/CDC-funded award. Dr. Ainagul Isakova is a public health professional with over 25 years of experience in development programs management and cooperation with global public health leaders. She has significant experience in coordinating programs and projects for international health agencies (UNFPA, UNICEF, World Bank, USAID, Global Fund HIV, TB, and malaria, DFID, GIZ, SWISS cooperation, and ICAP) in health care reforms and HIV/AIDS issues.
