Brazil

ICAP’s work in Brazil focuses on key populations at high risk for HIV, specifically men who have sex with men (MSM). ICAP is rolling out pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV-negative individuals to protect themselves against infection, and the Test and Treat All strategy to identify HIV-positive individuals and immediately initiate them on antiretroviral therapy (ART) in order to achieve viral load suppression and prevent possible transmission.
