ICAP provided technical assistance and implementation support to the MOH and to district health directorates in Nampula and Zambézia provinces to strengthen planning and provision of HIV prevention and care services, including adult and pediatric treatment, prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV, voluntary medical male circumcision, and cervical cancer screening. (funded by PEPFAR through the CDC)
