ICAP

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as a Senior Development and Planning Manager in New York City. The incumbent will support the design, planning, and implementation of ICAP’s business development activities. S/he contributes to the planning and implementation of ICAP’s new business strategies and leads specific initiatives, including opportunity scoping, proposal management, and special projects.

We currently have an office hybrid schedule policy with 3 days to come into the ICAP New York office and 2 days to work remotely per week.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, international relations, development studies, or related fields or equivalent in education and 4 years of experience. Demonstrated hands-on experience responding to funding solicitations from USG and non- USG entities (e.g., USAID, CDC, NIH, HRSA, UN agencies, and private foundations)
