ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as a Data Manager (Staff Associate ll). The Incumbent will be responsible for document review and data management aspects of nationally representative population-based surveys in sub-Saharan Africa and Haiti designed to assess the impact of PEPFAR-supported HIV prevention, care and treatment programs as well as other surveys. Works in conjunction with ICAP country teams and a sub-contracted research corporation to ensure the development and implementation of tablet and cloud-based systems to collect, manage and clean high-quality survey data. Provides support in this area to PEPFAR, Ministries of Health and ICAP country teams.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Data Manager (Staff Associate ll) position. The successful candidate will have at least bachelor’s degree in epidemiology, public health, or related field or equivalent in education, training and/or experience and four years of related experience in managing and working directly with data collection tools and databases from large research studies.
