ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as the Senior Director of Strategic initiatives. S/he will manage internal and external communications on the status and outcomes of initiatives, projects, priorities, and assigned deliverables. The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for coordinating ICAP and stakeholder support while managing the implementation, delivery, assessment, and monitoring of assigned initiatives, functions, projects, and tasks. This is an opportunity for a highly strategic, organized individual with exceptional professional judgment and communication skills to be a part of creating organization-wide and systems-level change.  The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will support all functions within the ICAP Finance Unit.

This position is contingent upon funding availability.

Subject to business needs, we may support flexible and hybrid work arrangements. Options will be discussed during the interview process.

The incumbent will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience related to research experience.
