Udee Narayan joined ICAP in November 2012, serving as the Director of Operations since November 2018. In his role, he provides ongoing support to the COO/Deputy Director, CFO and Senior Leadership of ICAP by reviewing, tracking, prioritizing, and identifying solutions to high-impact issues throughout the organization. He also manages and oversees ICAP’s internal systems for salary allocation and effort management, Content and Record Management for Finance and Administration documentation, as well as leads PEPFAR Program and Financial Reporting (PET and ER) annually. Together with the Operations team, he provides a high-level of support for ICAP’s country offices by maintain ICAPs SOPs, serving as the primary ICAP point of contact for requirements associated with country office property leases, agreements, infrastructure, and registrations as well as office Openings, Transitions and Closures and the development of Safety and Security plans. Prior to joining at ICAP, Udee had worked at various divisions of Columbia University since 2004 in Admissions and Financial Aid. He holds an MPA with a specialization in Advanced Management and Finance from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and is completing his MS in Epidemiology from the Mailman School of Public Health.
