Michael Miller is the Chief Financial Officer of ICAP and both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. He has over 25 years of combined auditing and post-award sponsored project administration experience. Prior to joining ICAP, he spent over 15 years at New York University in various financial management and auditing roles, managing teams responsible for day-to-day administration of domestic and international grants, cash management, time and effort reporting, quality assurance, asset management, compliance, and internal and external audits. Prior to NYU, Michael worked for the State of Idaho for over 10 years auditing various entities including state agencies and federally funded programs. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting with an emphasis on internal audit from Boise State University.
