Megann K. Strajcher joined ICAP in 2021 as director of Award Management and oversees grant management activities for the organization’s global award portfolio throughout the proposal and project lifecycle. Ms. Strajcher has over 15 years of grant and project management experience for government and private funders, including award compliance, subaward management, and risk mitigation. Previous to ICAP, she served as director of Grants and Contracts at The Legal Aid Society, focusing on programs related to pandemic rent relief, government benefits assistance, and equal access to justice. Earlier, she served as director of Grants Administration at The Fund for Public Health In New York City, working in partnership with the New York City Department of Health to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects to advance health equity across the city, including maternal and reproductive health, disease prevention, and other public health interventions. Ms. Strajcher holds an MPA from Baruch College School of Public Affairs.
