Ms. Lucille Bonaventure is ICAP’s country director in Angola. She is a United States national with two decades of experience managing large public health and international development programs in Southern Africa. Since 2001, Ms. Bonaventure has held roles as PEPFAR Country Coordinator, Program Manager, Chief of Party, and Country Director in Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, and Angola. She has proven experience in building sustainable and strategic partnerships with a wide range of national and international stakeholders focused on strengthening national health infrastructure to address challenges in HIV, tuberculosis, and sexual and reproductive health.
