Florence Bayoa is the country director for ICAP in South Sudan and an accomplished international development professional with over 20 years of experience working on health, nutrition, HIV, gender and youth empowerment projects in the government and civil society sectors. Previously, she served as the country director for the International HIV/AIDS Alliance (IHAA) in South Sudan and has worked with a number of national and international organizations including Sudan Council of Churches, ADRA, and MSF Holland. Ms. Bayoa holds a master’s degree in social policy and social development from the Institute for Development Policy and Management (IDPM) in Manchester (UK), as well as a postgraduate diploma in food and nutrition from Ahfad University for Women in Umdurman (Sudan).
