Dara L. Stoney is a public health professional and operational strategist with over 12 years of experience providing program management and operational support to large international and domestic public health programs. Ms. Stoney specializes in applying “systems thinking” and strategic knowledge practices to identify and systematize best practices and processes for multi-national teams.
Ms. Stoney joined ICAP in 2017 as a senior grants manager, where she backstopped a diverse portfolio of ICAP projects. In 2021, she transitioned to the senior manager for strategic systems and operations role, leading a team in further optimizing ICAP’s legacy systems for enhanced operational performance. As ICAP’s director for strategic systems and knowledge management, she leads organization-wide, process-oriented strategic initiatives that leverage innovative technology systems for business process improvement and strengthen ICAP’s knowledge-sharing infrastructure in support of maintaining high-quality standards in strategic operations and project performance.
Ms. Stoney holds a Master of Public Health from the Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health and a Master of Information and Knowledge Strategy from the Columbia University School of Professional Studies
