ICAP is providing technical assistance to the Government of Ethiopia in support of the country’s initiatives to achieve and sustain the HIV epidemic in line with global 95-95-95 goals for epidemic control. Through this project, ICAP is providing direct support to improve the capacity and quality of HIV service programming throughout the health system in Ethiopia. Support is currently being provided to MOH, four maintained regional health bureaus, and at the site-level in Gambella region. The project has aimed to reach optimal program coverage for attaining epidemic control and strengthening the general health system for sustainable epidemic control.
