ICAP, in collaboration with community stakeholders and the Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MoHS), implemented evidence-based, impact-measurable interventions to strengthen maternal and child health services in the Kroobay community, one of the most densely populated and vulnerable communities in Sierra Leone. ICAP provided technical, strategic, and operational support to the MoHS to conceptualize, design, and implement maternal health services to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality.
