ICAP partnered with the MOH and National AIDS Centers in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan to build national capacity to provide high-quality HIV prevention, care, and treatment services, providing enhanced technical assistance and mentoring to HIV care and treatment facilities, and improving laboratory capacity for quality-assured HIV-related laboratory tests.
