Providing Key and Priority Populations with HIV Prevention Services

This project seeks to implement community-based services based on approved national guidelines to increase coverage of a comprehensive package of evidence-based HIV prevention interventions for KP (PWID, MSM, FSW) with the goal of strengthening the HIV cascade, including a comprehensive package of evidence-based HIV prevention interventions for AGYW (aged 15-29, sexually active, and out of school) with the goal of minimizing drop-offs along the HIV cascade; wide-scale community-based HIV testing and counseling (CBHTC; a community ART project; delivery of HIV self-testing kits; a demonstration project on PrEP for KP; and Increased use of data and integrate eHealth system components (such as USSD and SMS) for improving program implementation and reporting while providing technical assistance to MOH on electronic M&E systems development.
