ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York ity, seeks a Strategic Information Specialist (Senior Staff Associate l). The incumbent will provide technical assistance to ICAP country teams and Ministries of Health on enhancing the quality of and capacity in SI, including monitoring and evaluation (M&E), surveillance and health information systems (HIS) with a focus on building sustainable systems.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Senior Staff Associate I (SI Specialist) position. The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working with U.S. government or other bilateral donors, especially PEPFAR. The Strategic Information Specialist will also have experience working effectively as part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.
