ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York ity, seeks a Procurement Coordinator. The Procurement Coordinator will process all domestic and international invoices, procurements of good and services, petty cash transactions through the Accounting and Reporting at Columbia System. S/he will also review supporting documentation and confirms appropriate approvals have been received for all transactions, ensures supporting documentation requirements have been met and that expenses are allocated to correct budget categories.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Procurement Coordinator position. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in accounts payable, coordinating travel arrangements, or related processing/coordination functions.
