ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidate to serve as Operations Officer, ERP Project to be based in New York.

Subject to business needs, we may support flexible and hybrid work arrangements. Options will be discussed during the interview process.

It is anticipated that this is a 24-month position directly aligned to the life of the ERP project. The position is located onsite at ICAP offices on the Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC) campus in New York City. The Operations Officer will support efforts to address critical operational priorities, implement and maintain effective systems, and streamline internal processes.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, management, accounting or related fields or equivalent in education, training &/or experience and 4 years of experience addressing management and operational requirements of donor-supported public health or development projects within a non-profit or academic setting
