Sarah Parish joined ICAP in 2016 and currently serves as the director of planning and development. In her role, Sarah leads the development and management of strategies to identify and secure diverse funding streams in support of ICAP’s mission. She has 10 years of experience managing fundraising and development initiatives for public health programs across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the US. Prior to joining ICAP, she worked with Last Mile Health in Liberia, where she oversaw the organization’s funding portfolio and grant activities during the Ebola crisis in West Africa. Sarah also worked with Pathfinder International in Watertown, MA, where she supported the business development team to identify and develop proposals to government and multilateral donors. She has a BA in Foreign Languages and International Affairs and a MA in International Development.
