ICAP is partnering with the Ministry of Health to increase access to comprehensive, quality HIV prevention, care, and treatment services in health zones and facilities throughout Kinshasa and Haut-Katanga provinces. Funded by PEPFAR through the CDC, programming places a special emphasis on improving health outcomes for populations vulnerable to HIV infection—including adolescents, commercial sex workers, and men who have sex with men— through increased service coverage, linkages to care, and quality improvement.
